Your header picture is just too cute. I want your dress!
good luck with the pj's. you would think w/ who my mom is I would be able to sew better than I do, but I don't. A few years ago I made some clothes for cabbage patch dolls for the girls for christmas. Ok, I tried. I think out of 6 things I was going to make, I completed...2. Oh well!! I think about giving it another shot because I still have all the fabric and they fit Jenica's wets and wiggles doll. Can't have enough doll clothes.
Oh, I voted for clear, but if the clear are going to turn yellow then get metal for sure. And I got the little Transformers at Target. I went once and they had a zillion and then I went again and they were gone. So when I saw them right before his birthday I bought them all and he's earning them. They come two to a package and they have the movie sets and the original cartoon sets.
They will not turn yellow. Brush your teeth for hell's sake.
Get clear. The metal ones are grose.. I love braces though I am sure they will look good.
just fyi - i voted for clear...it's weird seeing adults with metal ones...just my opinion though. I'm so glad you found the fabric! I saw some really cute prints online I want to try and figure out something for the activity days girls. As for a calendar, what are you trying to make? An actual month calendar? A reminder of activity dates/places? I make them for activity days and list the activities for 3 months at a time. I don't have the one I made in my gallery, but I do have an invitation I made here :http://joshandkari.com/gallery/v/album77/invitation.jpg.htmlYou can put a cute header on and then list the dates activities below. The possibilities are endless. What program will you be using? If it is more of a monthly thing i would stick with theme that goes with the month, if it's for more than one month I'd do something more seasonally. You can email me if you want kari at joshandkari dot com. Check out shabbyprincess.com there are tons of freebies there that are great and if you want to buy any kits check out my links on my blog, I listed my favorite shops. And if you want me to make something for you with what I have, let me know, I'd love to! :) Talk to ya later! Oh, and the invitations/calendars I make I print out as 4x6's.
I was horrible at it at first too...but once you get into it it gets a lot easier. I love the calendar kit I bought from Heather Ann Designs. Check out Shabbyprincess.com they have a TON of free wonderful kits. So does twopeasinabucket.com You kinda have to look around for theirs though, they're in the store under kits and then you can have it just show you the free ones. I'd have to say Designer Digitals and weeds and wildflowers are my most favorite right now! Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions! :)
totally forgot...i loooove CK fonts, which can be found at scrapnfonts.com all the fonts there are sooo cute!
Suz, I am so jelous and so excited for you. Clear is my vote. I got a Nikon camera I don't know anything else about it thought, it is just the basic one. The card isn't to big, but a little bigger than my last. I guess I need another card to put it in to make it work in my computer. I don't know I am clueless. The pics on you blog are so dang cute. Obviously your a photographer. I have no christmas pics with the Carlson fam because I didn't have my camera, I need you to make me a copy of yours, I will pay you. Talk to ya soon. Kel
